Ottawa's Largest Food Drive - Ottawa Food Bank

This Saturday, I attended an inspiring event with Khalsa Aid Canada, the Ottawa Food Bank, the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board, and Ital Foods Ottawa. We saw trucks deliver over 210,000 pounds of food, marking Ottawa's largest food drive ever and the second largest in Canada.

In Ottawa, 3,000 children are facing food insecurity, which impacts their ability to learn and thrive. We need to ensure no child goes to school hungry, helping them reach their full potential. This effort shows the power of community and the difference we can make when we come together.
