Enriching Visit to Maison du Soleil and Support for Women's and Children's Health Initiatives

[Cotonou, Benin]
Had an enriching visit to Maison du Soleil, a center created by IFMA for young mothers who are victims of violence. For the past 6 years, this center has provided holistic assistance and training to help these young women reintegrate into their families with confidence. The Women's Network Committee had the honor of meeting with the center's representatives and discussing the critical work they do.

A big thank you to the French Muskoka Fund for its continued support of these essential initiatives, which contribute greatly to the well-being of women and children in the region.

About the French Muskoka Fund (FFM):
Since 2011, the French Muskoka Fund has been dedicated to improving the health and well-being of women and children in West and Central Africa. In line with the commitments made at the G8 Muskoka Summit, France has strengthened its support for maternal, child, and reproductive health in six countries. The FFM collaborates with four UN agencies to help achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) related to health and gender equality.
