Attending the Downtown Rideau BIA AGM

I was delighted to attend the Downtown Rideau Business Improvement Areas Annual General Meeting at the Ottawa Art Gallery.

Our Ottawa-Vanier riding is home to thousands of local businesses. This morning was a great opportunity to connect with business owners and local leaders including members of our Ottawa Police Services. It was also a great review of the challenges that need to be addressed and the important initiatives planned to ensure we have a vibrant downtown core that is attractive and prosper.

I remain committed to supporting our local businesses, which are the backbone of our economy. They play a vital role in the growth and prosperity of our community, and it is essential that we continue to nurture and champion their success.
