Read the Latest Newsletter

My latest newsletter is out. Here’s a look at what I’ve been working on in our community and at Queen’s Park:

  • Kicking off the festive season at St. Bartholomew’s Annual Bazaar, where I was delighted to cut the ribbon alongside Councillor Rawlson King.

  • Celebrating the important work of Ottawa Riverkeeper and their volunteers who protect our watershed.

  • Starting the weekend with the 3rd edition of Boys & Girls Who Brunch, supporting Ottawa’s Black and racialized youth with Councillor King.

  • Meeting with the Council on Aging of Ottawa’s Age-Friendly Housing Committee to discuss real solutions for seniors.

  • Honouring our veterans at the National Military Cemetery’s Remembrance Day Service and later at the Eastview Legion’s ceremony.

  • Reflecting on my Private Member’s Bill, which did not receive government support, but helped raise crucial awareness about protecting Franco-Ontarian bookstores.

  • Joining MPPs John Fraser and Tyler Watt to call for a $1B investment in Ontario hospitals and stronger support for frontline health-care workers.

  • Remembering Bernard Grandmaître — an exceptional leader, neighbour, and champion for Franco-Ontarians.

  • And an invitation to my annual pancake breakfast with Councillor Stéphanie Plante.
