The Palais des gouverneurs hosted the first session of the Parliamentary Assembly of Francophonie's Women Parliamentarians Network. I had the honor of participating in discussions with Louis Vlavonou, President of the National Assembly of Benin, and Chantal Soucy, President of the APF Women Parliamentarians Network. Together, we focused on essential issues such as protecting women in conflict, combating human trafficking, and addressing women's heritage rights.

This event provided a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas with delegates from several Francophone parliaments, including France, Luxembourg, Switzerland, and Senegal.
