Celebrating 150 Years of Hurdman's Bridge – Submit Your Bridge Designs!

2025 marks a special milestone for Overbrook as we celebrate the 150th anniversary of the community’s first bridge – Hurdman’s Bridge. This historical landmark connects us to our past and the development of our neighborhood. To mark this anniversary, we are inviting all community members to get creative and celebrate our local bridges by submitting their bridge designs.

The design contest is open to all ages, so whether you’re young or young at heart, we encourage everyone to participate. To submit your design, simply email it to heather@overbrook.ca or drop it off at the Overbrook Community Centre, located at 33 Quill Street.
