This week marked the return to Queen’s Park and the tabling of the government’s latest budget. More than numbers, budgets reflect a government’s priorities, and this one falls short of meeting the needs people are facing every day.

Despite the government’s claims, the budget does not do enough to address ongoing pressures in health care, education, mental health, and addictions. In Ottawa–Vanier, these concerns are deeply felt by residents trying to access care, parents worried about their children’s classrooms, and community organizations working with limited resources.

As MPP, I will continue advocating for a more practical approach — one focused on real results, meaningful investment, and stronger support for communities. This newsletter includes updates from Queen’s Park, news from Ottawa–Vanier, and highlights of the work being done on your behalf.
